About Me

Real estate is more than just a transaction; it’s more than just putting a sign in a yard. It takes guidance. And extensive communication. I want my clients to have the most valuable experience they can: Do they feel represented? Do they have a clear understanding of what’s happening? My number-one goal is to make the entire process a smooth one. And I’ll be there every step of the way. 

Even years after we’ve worked together, I’m still there for my clients. I have an extensive knowledge of rehabbing houses and an incredible list of vetted vendors—like carpenters, plumbers, and electricians—and am always fielding calls and texts from past clients to pass along advice or recommendations. And I’m happy to do that. The relationship doesn’t end when the transaction is done.

With more than 90% of my business coming from referrals, I’m honored that my clients trust me to work with their friends and family. From the urban core to the outermost suburbs—any price range, any area—I work with buyers and sellers throughout Kansas City on both residential and commercial properties. I also renovate and flip houses and own a number of single-family and multi-family investment properties. Prior to real estate, I worked as a TV journalist throughout the U.S. and in China, including a stint at Kansas City’s own KSHB.
